this programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of the principles and practice of interior design and decoration through the per- ception of the italian style and design point of view. each student is trained individually. both beginners and experienced students in interior design can take advantage of this course.

attendance: 48 hour
intake: every month except august

learn how to design and plan an interior living space
gain a deeper understanding of interior design concepts
work more efficiently or “update” the skills.

study plan

by experiencing the combined teaching methods of lectures and practical studio work, the student will gain an understanding of:

  • how to produce a visual interpretation of a brief;

  • how to design and plan a space;

  • producing plans and elevations;

  • exploring colours, lighting and furniture of the interior;

  • how to develop a suitable palette of materials and finishes;

  • how to source furniture and materials.

  • basic presentation techniques.

the course has held on an individual basis, in which each student is trained individually. both beginner and experienced students in interior design can take profit by this course.

attendance
the institute offers two kinds of attendance:
– 4 weeks course: one lessons per day (morning or afternoon).
– 2 weeks course: two lessons per day (morning and afternoon).
each lesson lasts 3 hours. lessons are from monday to thursday. in addition to in-class activities, students will be asked to work on specific projects and case studies as at-home assignments.

there are no academic requirements to participate.
